What happened to September???
Well, September flew by - I don't even know if I stopped to smell the roses! From school to auditions to bookings to car accidents (yes, that has an S) to evacuating 7family members - two dogs - and three fish from the SHEEP fire.....We've had a busy month!!!
School began...Here is the rundown! Nina is 14 in the 9th grade, Dominic is 11 in the 6th grade, Joshua is 6 3/4 in the 3rd grade, Jakob is 5 3/4 in the 2nd grade, and Annabella is learning letters and numbers. Mom is relearning fractions to pass the 3rd grade with Joshua and has had a wonderful History Theme of the Medival Times with Joshua & Jakob!
Joshua, Jakob, and Annabella have been driving Mom crazy - literally with all the auditions they've been going on! Joshua did a skit with Jay Leno for his new show. Jakob filmed Behavior With Friends with Jenny McCarthy and is in the top two for the lead role in Kung Fu Man - a movie to be filmed in China! If chosen, Joshua may be his double and we'd live in China for two months! Lastly, Annabella filmed an episode of CSI with Laurence Fishburne and Liz Vassey - Be watching for little AVA, a murder victims daughter as I don't know the episode number yet!
Both Mom & Dad were rear-ended - in separate cars - during separate incidents. I guess it was "hit a Salvati" month! Minor injuries to the backs and necks - Jakob had a rib knocked out, but we're all okay!
The SHEEP fire has pics below - it is 90% contained and the burning portion is now miles away and over the ridge. We thank the Lord and our awesome firefighters for saving our town!
Otherwise, all is well! Thanks for checking on us!

Hello August, Goodbye July!!!
Well hello there! So we've had another chaotic month....
*Annabella likes to clean
*We made hats
*Dominic became a "natural" playing the guitar
*We ate in a train restaurant
*Joshua finished reading his first novel
*Nina is enjoying her summer vacation
*We went to the club
*We celebrated the 4th of July
*We picked our homeschool cirriculum including the themes of Castles & Knights, Buffalo Hunts & Native Americans, and Christopher Columbus
*Joshua filmed an episode of The Sarah Silverman Program
*Jakob filmed an educational DVD written by Jenny McCarthy called Behaviors With Friends

So....another month is coming to pass...
We can't believe that June is almost over! The beautiful CA weather is here at 73 degrees...just perfect! I love God's mountainous air-conditioning! However those down the mountain are enjoying a steamy 95 degrees! So sad...
So we've had an exciting month...Mom hit Bambi with the car, but didn't kill him (thank God)....both Mom & Dad got unecessary tickets....not yeilding to oncoming traffic and speeding at a stop sign....Who wrote THOSE laws?? But as always, we thank the Lord for keeping us safe and reminding us to slow down enough to see the beauty He has surrounded us with. God bless those two fine officers for doing their civic duties. Dad fell down the stairs after tripping over a ball...he's a bit sore, but just fine! Mom cooked a pizza box in the oven(on accident), it caught on fire in the kitchen, and Mom went running out of the house with it! Thank God for that rainy day!!! AND...Annabella broke her eardrum! Whew! What a month!
Well Annabella was a beauty in the "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" show, but if you missed it, I'll have clips on her website in the next week or two. (www.annabellasalvati.com)

Jakob has been considered for Ghost Whisperer to be Jennifer Love Hewitt's son...I think they may want a slightly older child, but nevertheless, they did call him back in and all! So...we wait...
Joshua is on hold for the "Sarah Silverman Program" which is a tv show I know nothing about....But if he books it, he'll film next week! And again...we wait...
Nina graduated 8th grade! Yeah! Three cheers as she also received 5 awards!!!! She is still working on her novel with future plans for a sequel and drawing up a storm. Her animae is amazing and elaborate, but her portraits are my favorite! She really captures the personality of whom she is drawing!
Dominic is about to enter the 6th grade at a new school! Yeah! He has been enjoying his friends' birthdays and end of the year pool parties. Dominic enjoys playing his favorite computer games and has been extremely helpful lately....It is so fun to watch them grow up and mature....until we look in the mirror and realize how old WE are getting in the process!!!
Bear is having a wonderful life sleeping on our couches by night and running collar free by day. He chases squirrels up trees, but they are faster than him! He loves to eat the carpentar ants that roam around in the woods and play in our neighbors coy pond - though the nighbors don't love that so much...
Wima...well she is still Wima - a spoiled rotten chihuahua (Oops, did I say rotten? I meant loving!)
The fish? Nope...Mom didn't kill 'em yet! The 4 seem to be enjoying their tank, life, and slightly overfeeding! The only fish to live through Mom's past torturous water conditions is now huge! Mom's become a fish person and subsequently named the fish: Rainbow, Supra, Sucker, and Samson
Well, all is well here and we are ready for July! I hope to post some more pics soon, so keep a close watch!

Here's the latest CHAOS!
Greetings! Here is our latest chaos oncase you are truly interested in the wacky things that we do!
For starters....ANNABELLA is going to be ON TV!!!! On May 26, 2009 (Tuesday) on the Discovery Health Channel at 9PM and 12AM is the show "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant". Annabella is Josie, the big, loving sister to baby Jace that is born....if they only knew how "loving" she'd be to him!!
Next, we didn't have enough fun with the dogs....so we added FISH!!! Yep....we've accidentally killed more than we've owned due to a wrong PH balance, but Mom's got it figured out (hopefully) for now! The four we have now have lived for a week.....Hallelujah!!!!
We celebrated Annabella's 3rd birthday - wow....where did that time go?
Nina and Dominc both gave performances at their school. Dominic plays a mean saxophone and had a great solo! Nina sang the Beatles at her choir performance and opened the rodeo with her solo - The National Anthem!!! Keep up the great music Nina & Dom!!!
Joshua and Jakob have been to several auditions, but haven't booked much lately. Jakob filmed a military commercial that won't show on tv (sorry) BUT it was played at the pentagon in hopes to earn its tv spot. As soon as we get his copy, we'll share it.
Bruce and Lesley have been running around like chickens chasing after kidz, dogs, dead fish & racoons at night while still trying to accomplish the many everyday jobs that the good Lord has blessed us with.

Here's the latest!
Well, we have been having a blast! From Easter to birthdays to filmings to firewood....Whew... It is amazing how fast time can pass! Easter was wonderful ~ We all went to Aunti Diana's & Uncle Ken's house for the big celebration! The Easter Bunny hid eggs all over their yard....some were really hard to find. Mom and Aunti Diana cooked a scrumptous meal....Mmmm....Joshua & Jakob had a wrapping paper "fight" with Alissa & her boyfriend Travis.....Watchout!!
We celebrated Grandma & Dominic's birthdays. Dominic turned 11, Grandma a youthful 77. I hope to have the energy that she is able to keep in her pinky finger....I don't know how she does it! Grandma can be found driving her hot, red, new, Nissan Z.....yep, keepin' it young!
Jakob booked a commercial for Military One Source. It is a company that provides full services to any military family....from financial to family planning to childcare....they do it all. Jakob is their new "tough guy", starring in their childcare commercial. He films Wednesday....as soon as its out...we'll let you know!
Be watching for Annabella - she filmed "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" on TLC. She is in the first episode of season 3....we are still waiting for an air-date.
